Guest Verification (Truvi)

Before your arrival, you’ll be required to complete guest verification via our trusted partner Truvi. This process ensures we remain compliant with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for both guests and properties.

  • Complete verification before arrival to enable your digital door access.
  • Choose between a €500 refundable deposit or a €35 damage waiver.
  • We recommend the damage waiver — it protects you in the event of accidental damage during your stay.

Legal Registration Requirement

To comply with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, every guest must complete a personal registration form before check-in. Access to the property is not permitted until all forms are submitted.

Booking Conditions

  • Guests must be 25 years or older to make a booking.
  • The person who makes the booking must be present during the stay – no third-party bookings allowed.
  • Only the number of guests listed on the booking may stay.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Verification and either a deposit or waiver are mandatory before check-in.
  • 50% payment due at booking; remaining balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
  • No charge for infants aged 1–2 years.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days or more before arrival.
  • 50% refundable when canceled 15–29 days before arrival.
  • 0% refundable if canceled less than 15 days before arrival.

Optional Add-Ons

For extra peace of mind, guests can purchase Check-in Hero during the verification process. If any check-in issues occur, Check-in Hero covers alternative accommodation costs up to €85 per guest per night.

Early check-in may be available — door access activates at 5:00 PM unless arranged earlier through your guest app.
