  • Guests must be 25+ to make a booking.
  • The booker must stay at the property.
  • No third-party or group bookings.
  • No pets allowed.
  • 50% due at booking; 50% due 21 days before arrival.
  • No charge for infants aged 1–2.

Early check-in may be available — door access activates once verification is complete.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund 30+ days before arrival.
  • 50% refund 15–29 days before arrival.
  • No refund within 15 days of arrival.

Optional Add-Ons

Guests can purchase Check-in Hero through Truvi. This covers alternative accommodation costs up to €85 per guest per night in case of any check-in issue.
